      No good reasons to work at all for VF.

      Cons

      Long working days with no reward or recognition... managment too busy trying to cost cut that they forget the employees are only human!

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
