Very good benefits Good flexible working (although that’s going backwards with forcing people back into the office) Big company so opportunities to leave toxic managers if needed
Cons
Lots of politics: show-offs and bullies promoted over people who would do a better job but don’t shout about it Real leadership ability is not recognised or rewarded, which is why the company wastes so much time and money on genuine poor performers and bullies
