Volvo is a good and recognized brand, multicultural, good products, good benefits, life-balance, nice people, good processes. It is a great experiência.
Cons
Last 2 years were no good. No travels, no education, no promotion. Unclear the criteria for growing. Managers prefer promoting other managers instead promoting new good people. They are outsourcing the IT... For who are from IT...unfortunately is time to leave...
