Using Voyc in a sales context has been a godsend. Since the introduction of its LLM-powered scorecards, I, as a Sales Manager, can now see a clear breakdown of all my team’s outbound calls. Voyc enables me to filter calls to identify exactly when my team has delivered their pitch, allowing me to focus my time on listening and coaching where it matters most. My coaching is now far more constructive and precise, structured around the four key sections of each call. Not only can I listen back and provide tailored feedback, but each team member also has access to an open portal where they can view live feedback and respond accordingly. This creates a far more collaborative and transparent coaching environment. Before using Voyc, I had to rely on our CRM to filter calls, and even then I couldn’t sort by specific objections, questions, or pinpoint exactly when and why members of the sales team were getting stuck. Voyc has completely transformed that process.
