      Work from home, great manager.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, no possibility to grow within the company... Unrealistic asks from upper management team... Seems they would rather hire someone they know than look into juniors within the team... No perks or benefits.

      A lot of work. Work life balance can be difficult. Client expectations are sometimes unreasonable and leadership doesn’t set boundaries to protect teams.
