At Daventry it can be a catty place to work, with a lack of communication and respect. If your face fits you are ok, but usually within a couple of months, you will suss out if you fit. Be prepared for personal circumstance information you share with management to go viral round most of the workforce. There are some good people but management are hit and miss, who pretend to care but dont really. Communication can be quite bad causing confusion and if you ask for help with a task from certain older members of staff you are met with tuts and rolled eyes. Swapping shifts is difficult and be prepared to book holidays 18 months in advance or you wont get the weeks you want. The worst area seems to be Ecomms
