      Pros

      The pay is good and the vacation time is good too.

      Cons

      Its hot, or cold. Its dark and dusty. Leaders don't care about you. Its back breaking work and your watched like a hawk. Its the worst company I have ever worked for. Its like working in a communist country. There is no upward movement, and if you get to move to a different position you will almost always be stuck doing your original position.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
