Pros
I have some pretty decent benefits; the one I am most excited about is my 401(k) - 100% vested from day one, and they match up to 6%. Also, you really have to work hard to get yourself fired from there.
Cons
Everyone has the possibility of working on the holidays, unless you randomly have that day scheduled to be off. And you can get some real doozies for customers, especially around Christmas.
