Pros

- Working for the Fortune 1 company is great for your resume

Cons

- 70's style leadership, you will be "managed" rather than led. - Old technology, poor processes and a high volume of work. - Performance ratings must fit a bell curve. 1 of 5 will be let go, as a result, regardless of the job you do, - Rapid changes in direction, I had 3 VPs and 7 supervisors in my last year. - The Home Office is rapidly shrinking. If you get in, start working on Plan B, you'll need soon. If you're an older worker - run!

Pros

the culture is like family. lifelong bonds made here. could and would definitely return.

Cons

depressing overall mood with salaried managers coming and going always trying to implement the next corporate restructure. shuffling workers into new roles and pay structures leading to an insecure employment situation

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
