      Pros

      I didnt have to interact with customers all that often, worked with a good bunch of guys in the back room. ICS gets steady hours compared to other positions.

      Cons

      Hard thankless work. People always telling you what to do, contradicting the last ones orders. Its not fun, its not a career, spend as little time as possible working here.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
