      Pros

      My Walmart everyone is friendly and like a family, at least overnights is. Most of the overnight crew get along with each other. We all feel like a team, one big team, not smaller teams. Overnights does have openings most of the time, there is a lot of people that can;t or don't want to work overnights. But the ones that do seem to be really good dedicated workers.

      Cons

      Overnight, means you sleep during the day time. so missing out on the sun is a con. But you do what you do in life and try to make the best of it.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
