      Very dynamic and multitasking job, you learn every day about retail and have the opportunity to administrate your department in your own way, increasing your leadership and negotiation skills.

      Cons

      You have to be extremely structured and well organised to have everything under control because there is always a lot going on.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
