The other agents that I've had the pleasure of getting to know are quite amazing. You'll come into contact with some supervisors and leads that are more than willing to help you out whenever they can.
Cons
The processes that take place regarding how to do your job properly are ever changing with a lack of communication. Upper management constantly breathing down your neck or making open threats about punishment for not following certain processes that seem to change more than once a week yet still are not clear on what's to be expected. Lack of communication within different departments causing customer service reps more stress due to the types of calls that are received.
