Pros
Good pay. 50 hours a week (10hours day) easy. If you want over time no problem at all either. New buses, clean, well maintain, consistently serviced. Reliable vehicles. Particular managers and dispatchers care about drivers. Passengers are respectful professionals. Weekends off.
Cons
Bad communication, no consistent shifts and routes, No days off during the week unless sonority, no sympathy, no understanding, no loyalty, give all your time, energy and your support but you don't get the same back. Some rigid, military style management who don't care about drivers.
