Pros
WFT gives you a chance to work overseas as WFT is growing to be biggest. In some business unit in a country it has a lot of jobs to do and more technologies to be sold to other competitors
Cons
Some of business unit in a country don't have much job so that the engineer doesn't take a job bonus and rarely go to the field.
