Pros
I believe Weatherford is attempting to be a premier service company and is slowing its acquisitions trend. Weatherford is diversified. Benefits are par. Infrastructure for the US has improved over the past couple years. Bonuses are given and sometimes earned.
Cons
Many ineffective processes translate into lots of hassles. I can't honestly say that I didn't get pay raises but the system still doesn't operate and balance based on ability for many employees. Lot's of influence and decision making is biased and structured top heavy. HR department needs work, lots of work.
