      Pros

      I work for PLW. This is a fantastic team of individuals. We have a very supportive and approachable President and Manager and additional wrap-around support from other departments too now that we have been acquired by Webber.

      Cons

      Some other PLW departments are behind us in their transition plan but all the kinks will work out over time I'm sure.
