Thank you for your very detailed review and sorry we are only just responding to it. Great to hear so many positives about our employee discount scheme, being part of a friendly team, flexible working and our online HR system DRiVE. We wont take any credit for the paid holidays as we should be doing this as standard. But great that you appreciate your time off for a good work life balance. I'm sorry to hear about your feelings towards your Line Manager, I would suggest that if you are still feeling this way you ask to speak to your Site Operations Manager and see of she can help you with your other concerns.
