Welcome Pickups has proven a great experience over my time there! The sense of culture, companionship and collaboration is something that can be seen, proven and experienced whole-heartedly. Everybody whether they are new or old team members are always willing to help you out and you get many opportunities to try new things and delve into new projects and experiences as part of a fast growing business. But at its core Welcome Pickups is its people and that is something that I believe is truly honored within the company.

Welcome Pickups due to the sector it operates in lives constantly in a fast pacing and ever changing environment which can be challenging to some people, if they are not used to adapting to change and thinking on their feet.

Working at Welcome Pickups has been a rewarding experience overall. There is a strong sense of collaboration across teams and people are approachable, supportive, and willing to help each other succeed. The environment gives you exposure to a wide variety of challenges and creates great opportunities for learning and growth. There is also a high level of trust and ownership, which makes the work engaging and impactful. What stands out the most to me is how strongly the company values are reflected in the day-to-day collaboration and mindset of the teams.
