Pros

- Located in a desirable office space in Darlinghurst. - Well-equipped studios. - Central and accessible location. - Former employee support services. - Global network of companies. - Bright and well-lit working spaces. - Diverse workforce. - Female-dominated workforce.

Cons

- The studio is frequently confused about its purpose. - There are numerous redundancies in a short period due to severe short-sightedness in operations. - Studios are well-equipped but lack usability on several fronts, including low ceiling height, inadequate lighting control, a lack of rigging points and limited parking and access for larger trucks. Mid-sized lighting or grip trucks can use the courtyard but with some difficulty. - Edit suites are under-equipped. - The photography and videography equipment is severely outdated. - The studio is too expensive to dry hire given the offerings compared to other studio hires in Sydney. - There is a lack of morale and company culture, transparency between management and employees, proper remuneration, benefits and infrastructure upgrades. - Personnel, camera gear and working methods are consistently chosen poorly. - There are incorrect ideas about AI integration and a lack of proper AI investments. - IT support is inadequate and unreliable.
