      - nice people to work with - located in a very nice location

      Cons

      - no transparency about pay - CEO doesn't talk to anybody below the leadership team - lack of management structure - cross team collaboration is not great - low salary - office has no windows

      Friendly atmosphere Collaborative environment Receptive managers Excellent work-life balance, unlimited PTO and flexible working location a huge plus Room to grow and learn No politics, no drama (hard to find in the ad world)
