      Worst Management I have ever worked with. Egotistical and only care about the money. Have no empathy or warmth towards employees. Don't listen.

      Friendly atmosphere Collaborative environment Receptive managers Excellent work-life balance, unlimited PTO and flexible working location a huge plus Room to grow and learn No politics, no drama (hard to find in the ad world)
