I have never been at a company that cares about their staff as much as this company. Recently I was apart of a group that was sent to Calgary from Victoria fully paid for a hockey game just as a reward to show appreciation which is very rare in an entry level position. They offer amazing benefits, and many incentives throughout the year. There is also a yearly paid trip that you can be nominated for. The company has a lot of community involvement. Care for the clients, staff and company is something that every single person employed with Western shows.
Cons
Some branches are extremely busy which can make work load heavy sometimes. Management always tries to make sure the agents get as much time as possible to bring that work load down.

Work is monday to friday 9 to 5 with an hour long break, i enjoy helping customers with their insurance needs helping them find a policy that meets or exceeds their needs.
Cons
Poor office management, manager cannot help in the polices as they dont know how to use the systems. Tells you just to get it done, even if your unsure of the process. There is lack of training for newly licensed employees. Sent to cluster office for 3 days of "training" where the team lead was too busy to teach. Training ended up with just processing mail. There was the expectation to know how to write polices after being told to forget everything you learned in level one training as its not relevent to the job.
