Pros
Weekly pay. The work isn't rocket science, they have a really good structure of how they want to run things and if you go with the flow everything works well.
Cons
Every store's atmosphere is going to be different when you work around that many people in such a close proximity when someone isn't pulling their weight it's gonna make things suck even more. Customers can also be really ugly since there are a lot of people who look down on fast food workers.
