Great culture and people very nice.

Doesn't pay staff the best for long hours but compared to other big firms it's a great place to work

The pay is high and some of the people are good to work with.

Big law hours in general are brutal, and there is little respect for your time or boundaries. The firm culture leaves a lot to be desired, and there are very difficult personalities among the partners. The firm has also clawed back many of the pandemic-era perks it offered with little to no warning or acknowledgment.
