Cons
The only con I can think of, and it's not really a negative, is that Windings is growing. Growth naturally brings changes to roles, responsibilities, and processes, and sometimes things can feel a little in flux while the company adapts. That said, leadership is transparent, communicates well, and does a good job keeping everyone informed and moving in the right direction.
