Pros

Truly a family-oriented company and one that appreciates every individual for their efforts. We work hard to accomplish the same vision,...which is to take care of our customers! We are all empowered to obtain our individual goals and given all the tools to accomplish this!

Cons

A mid-size company that is rapidly growing! Because of this rapid growth, we have to accommodate change and work as a team to create better efficiencies!

Pros

The small atmosphere means that they really do care for you - your goals, aspirations, etc. are important to management and they will work with you to achieve training that you need for personal growth. They also really do care about their customers and do everything they can to truly make them feel like family.

Cons

It is a small company, so the pay is alright at best. Not many benefits.

Pros

Flexible schedule, decent pay, good employee discount program, beautiful showroom, I loved the good coffee, they had lots of covid precautions and virtual workspace.

Cons

There are no health insurance benefits, 401k matching or dental insurance. You have to wait an entire year to get paid time off. It’s a great place to work if you’re a Christian, as you will see scripture on the walls and have a daily devotional. But if you’re not a Christian….well…
