Pros

A very small number of old people who didn't manage to move off from this toxic environment yet. Current Buildit is nothing more than an ugly parody of what it was and used to represent.

It's all Cons: 1. Leadership: There is no leadership whatsoever. There are some people who call themselves "Leaders", but are only focused on saving their own back. The current leadership of Buildit have destroyed an amazing engineering team by their narcissistic and idiotic "vision" of Buildit2.0, which roughly translates into "fire people to show profitability". Their toxic attitude made Buildit a top down and suffocating organisation. 2. Attitude: An overall "holier than thou" attitude towards employees from the "mothership" Wipro is brewed by so called "Leadership" team of Buildit. Which lead to behaviour which is appalling to say the least. 3. Hypocrisy: The "leadership" pushed for their own promotions in Wipro while telling others that the promotion in Wipro doesn't matter. Buildit leadership team uses Wipro as a scapegoat for everything that goes wrong, without taking any responsibility and accountability for their own actions. At the same time they turn into nauseating sycophants when they talk to Wipro Leadership. If you choose to join Buildit even after reading this and other reviews in this forum, then surely you value money (whatever puny amount they offer) more than your self-respect. In the interview, ask how many people left or were fired in last one year and you'll get a feeling what actually this organisation is.

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
