Pros

A number of lovely People still work there I hope they find new employment soon.

Cons

Where to start, as per some other recent reviews. The “leader” of this “business” is trumpian. You can’t disagree with him, you can’t question him. If you do he will publicly undermine you, he will make up allegations about you, he will work his cronies to do the same. He imagines himself as some kind of technology and business guru. Yet has clearly no understanding of how clients might buy services or how to communicate with them. He likes nothing more than the sound of his own voice… in fact team meetings were usually a 60 minute monologue. Suffering from chronic small man syndrome. He belittles anyone who threatens him. In short avoid at all costs no amount of money is worth it. The thing is I don’t blame him. He is in the wrong job. Management must know this and have done nothing to resolve it.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
