Pros
I have been working at Witco for more than a year already. I am part of a feature team with a dedicated PO and front/back devs. I like the fact that we help each other as a team so we can all grow and meet our targets. I also work on interesting projects which is important for me. I am challenged frequently in order to solve complex problems. Sprints are ambitious but it is ok with a dose of focus and in case it is really impossible to reach the deadline, I can talk to my manager. Tbh, I like the PO working with my team. He always tries to help us and answer our questions. I don’t feel he is on my back but more like he is supportive of me when I need it. To have been in many other companies before, I can say the development process is clean and organized.
Cons
One thing I was not very happy about is the number of days I had to be present at the office (3 days). It was changed recently to 2 days at the office, following the whole team request. It feels nice to be heard even if it took a few months to get it
