Pros
Worked summers here in SD for a few years and it was great. They care about their employees. You get to be around art all day and learn a lot about what goes in to large-scale installation art. This is a great opportunity for high school or college students or recent graduates. Opportunities for growth within the organization if you have the right background and passion! Pay is above average too. AMAZING management thank you to the founders, artists, and managers that made Wonderspaces a thing!
Cons
Not great as a primary source of income. If you are a guide certain shifts may be on the boring side or more labor intensive depending on the art piece you're stationed at. Occasional workplace drama due to the younger age demographic of employees and as guides get promoted to shift assistants.
