1.) the owner condones racism against the visitors and more importantly against the team. 2.) the owner doesn’t care about anything besides putting money into his pocket. 3.) management is scared of the owner, Jason Shin, and will do whatever he says to save their own jobs. There is not protection for guides. 4.) this is the most toxic, abusive work environment I have ever had to deal with. Gaslighting, manipulation and greed at its core. I would recommend working at McDonalds before I ever recommend working at this company. You won’t have a say in your schedule, the hours for the venue will constantly change, and you’ll be told it is what it is or be fired if you stand up for yourself. Half of the Philly team just got fired within a day of saying they didn’t want to bartend.

Worst owner/ upper management that ever existed. Owner is clueless to how to run a business or even be a leader. That trickles down quickly. Abusive behind closed doors to managers ( who get zero support) and are chasing some random idea that takes the guy an hour to say and is vague and confusing. It’s micromanaged to a point you are just a puppet to do his bidding then take the fall for everything. Lies about any growth ( there is none) it’s a failing business. All department heads are on different pages and talk about each other and just out to get the other fired so they can move up … some people have job titles and work remote and don’t do anything but because they are someone’s favorite they are absolved from wrong doing or supporting or doing what they are supposed to do. Pay is insulting and so is the time off and crazy over complicated attendance policy. Rules are always changing and never consistent. Owner came and wrote up an employee because he bought the staff tacos and one of the employees ate his… so she was punished…. THATS WHO YOU WORK FOR!!
