Pros

9-5 straight. Exactly 8 hours no dumb unpaid hour lunch. Super lax company. Considering the amount of times I talked back or pushed back on their requests, I was hardly reprimanded. Fairly simple work. You just lead gen and call/email those people and follow up on current deals.

Cons

Incompetent CEO. The guy literally has zero clue on how to run his own company and takes advantage of CTO to basically run his company for him. Cheap meaning he doesn't want to pay a dime on new solutions or even expense you on gas when driving down to the office. He also requires people to come into the office twice a month. The office is a shared space with other companies and you can either stand in a communal shared booth or you can sit on the kitchen table to make calls. Mind you this is in San Jose so if you live further away and the drive is several hours, Lakshman (CEO) will still make you come. Also there is Dave in marketing who likes to dip into Sales and tells them how to do their job. Also resorts to firing people who actually do their job because they get paid too much when they can pay people less to do the same job.

Fast-paced / high growth environment -- you need to be able to multi-task and wear multiple hats as the organization grows.
