Pros

First I'd like to say I am happy to work here. This is a good place to work. There is a fair amount of positives in the company. I enjoy my peers, my benefits, the go getter attitudes and the flexibility in scheduling. WWT allows you take control of your position. While micromanaging is becoming prevalent it has not always been than way and I appreciate it.

Cons

While I do enjoy workin here several peers and I do not believe it's "great" as the company leadership preaches. The salaries posted on Glassdoor along with my current salary are lower than average. Promotions come with additional work and responsibilities but a very minimal wage increase. Promotions seem to prioritize based on friendships rather than skills or experience. Currently, workload is high, hiring staff is at a low. With low wage increases, higher workload and talk of record breaking profits and business I believe WWT is beginning to see lower than normal morale with the eventual set in of increased turnover.

Thank you for this constructive review. As Jim mentioned in June, the HR and Finance Teams (with the help of an outside consulting firm) are currently gathering data to review our current compensation practices. The goal is more consistency and clarity. More to come on this and thanks again.
