The pay could be better. Management shouldn't lie to you, and treat you like children. They make you play childish games against your will. They take your photo when you don't want them too. They harass people by drug testing them for no reason. This place doesn't test unless there's an accident. I find this discriminating. There's was too much mandatory over time. The hard workers are never get to move up, even though they know everything. They move people lazy people with no knowledge. Hard work isn't appreciated to the correct people. It's very stressful.
