Pros
Working for a company that truly lives and breathes the core values makes this an incredible place to work, it feels like a family. Senior leadership is genuinely concerned with employee well-being and satisfaction. The business runs at a fast pace and it is getting faster and better every year.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that with the rapid growth the HQ in St. Louis is getting a little cramped. But with the new HQ building open and ongoing renovations, hopefully it will be resolved soon.
