      Company focuses on its customers and how to best serve them. This has resulted in a great company that continues to grow which in turn brings in more people to help with new customers.

      Cons

      Continuous growth has resulted in challenges in training new people who are instantly thrust into working with new customers or in new situations.

      Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

      Cons

      Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
