Pros
The experience gained is a pro
Cons
I'd say that the only positive about working here was the opportunity for advancement, however, position advancement "raises" are really all a facade when the job positions in the Material Operations department change like the weather. I was the sole person managing most everything on a top tier account for a year and a half when all of a sudden a Team Lead position was created out of the blue. It was of course better pay and "you should apply!" my supervisor encouraged. I was extremely frustrated and defeated because all of the qualifications of this I had already been doing without the pay nor title. Everyone around me in this department is unhappy, overworked and burnt out. There's absolutely no cohesion because every team does things differently and everyone in leadership is too busy shifting around for their own selfish benefit to finish initiatives, furthering the dysfunction and dire need for direction as they continue to hire on the masses remotely. "We hear you, we know your job sucks and are working to fix it," was pretty much the mantra I heard in my time at WWT to no avail. The future looks bleak for this department as employees continue to realize things aren't going to improve and move on as I did. Always told I was an A player and giving my all to this company I sadly wasn't even made an offer to stay. I began here so full of hope and confidence and left feeling beat down and unheard.
