Pros

As an employee there are so many benefits to working here. Profit share, amazing health care benefits that have not changed, 401k match, and even Santa showing up to the corporate updates. Beyond that I have never seen a company give to charities the way that WWT does. I want to do my best for them because they take care of their employees.

Cons

As a remote office we don't do as much charity events/fundraisers as the corporate office.

Great benefits and the option to work from home.

Cons

Company culture took a hit when they started hiring former AB employees for management positions. Slowing becoming the good ol’ boys network.
