Pros

WWT offers an amazing working environment that focuses on teamwork and collaboration... and those aren't just buzzwords! We are encouraged to share ideas and work together to optimize, advance, and disrupt the normal way of doing things. We are given challenging and high profile projects and all of the tools to solve them. My hard work is rewarded through manager recognition, celebrating at happy hours, and promotions. I really enjoy what Dave and Jim have built here, and I am convinced that year over year, it is only getting better!

Cons

Compensation is a little lower than industry average in some areas of the company, but the incredible benefits package definitely puts you back on top compared other companies. I only pay $25 per month for full insurance, and have a $250 deductible for the year. After that $250 is reached, the rest of my medical expenses are paid in full by WWT. It doesn't get much better than that!

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
