We appreciate you leaving feedback. I am sorry to hear you feel you have not had the development opportunities you desired whilst being with World First. As a business, we view development for all staff as important and encourage all employees to have a Personal Development Plan in place. In addition, I do believe that the significant growth rates we have seen in the last few years has led to a lot of opportunity for our employees. If you have now moved on from World First, I wish you all the best in your future career goals.
In response to your point about our internal/external systems, we recognise that we have at times been slower than we would have liked to upgrade our internal systems, and this has created some inefficiencies. However, we have invested significantly in our internal systems in the last year, with the deployment of Workday, SalesForce, Kyriba, Duco and Eloqua, and although not all teams are yet getting the full benefit of all of these platforms, once they are fully deployed they will represent a significant improvement in the way we run our business. We will continue to internally transform our systems and processes as this forms a core part of our strategy in becoming a scalable and efficient business.
I genuinely believe that we have an open, friendly and collaborative culture, which is reflected in most of the feedback we receive both through Glassdoor and through our various engagement initiatives. I’m sorry to hear you have not personally had this experience, but I do think the majority of our employees think positively about our culture. As CEO I can tell you that we genuinely have tried to create and maintain a good culture. It’s disappointing if that has slipped in some areas – we will work on that.
