Pros

Not stuck in one place all day, work more earn more, some flexibility in your schedule.

Cons

Your really on your own, limited support with no real backup if your sick or on vacation, you get payed well for patient care but that’s only half of your job and you don’t get payed for anything else.

Home Visits allowed for development of good relationship with patients

Cons

Poor work/life balance due to high demand in the field and then paperwork at home. Management very unsympathetic to workers basic need for time off, flexibility
