Pros
Incredible experience. Small company calls for meaningful work, even as an intern. Management was flexible as I was able to work around my schedule when I attended classes at college. Productive work environment that keeps employees motivated.
Cons
Only bad thing was the commute as it was a challenge to beat the traffic every day. Yet, management was understandable and reasonable with the circumstances.
