Working at XBInsight is an amazing experience. We are led by the most inspiring woman, Kathi Graham-Leviss, CEO. As an expert in assessments, Kathi makes sure that she practices what she preaches and goes above and beyond to accomodate based on an employee's style and preferences. She has a keen understanding of individual's skills, values, and thinking styles, which makes for a very personalized work experience. Kathi rarely asks employees to take their work home with them, as long as you stick to your word and fulfill your responsibilities for the day, you can go home and leave work at work. As a small business owner, Kathi is very generous with vacation and holiday time. She is also willing and able to provide employees with new opportunities, whether it is purchasing a new software, sending an employee to training and/or networking events. She is graceful and thoughtful, kind and warm, and a pleasure to work for.
Cons
I do not feel that there are any cons to working at XBInsight. We are a small company on the fast track to great things - and I am so glad to be apart of that.
