Unprofessional management - Anonymous employee XM Employee Review

Very unprofessional management, BDMs don’t know what they want, always pressure and no clear communication. They don’t have proper education or knowledge to lead the team and have very poor work ethics. No career growth opportunities and no salary increase. Very toxic work environment, me and my colleague is going through same exact problem because of the management and HR never questions how BDM team leads their employees. Nothing big or fair or human about this company. Actually it’s one of the most unfair companies I know.
