Not that great - Anonymous employee Xerox Employee Review

There is no career development, there is no focus on helping people build on the skills that they learn in a class. Senior management continuously says that they are not interested in ending technology at Xerox, but their actions are consistently doing the opposite. No raises or promotions this year. No motivation other than the fear of layoffs.
