Pros

Not many pros here. Coworkers in our training class were friendly. We all tried to keep each other going but lost half of our class within a few weeks.

Cons

Horrible treatment by "floor supervisory agents" and service desk. Incredibly disorganized organization. Trainer didn't teach much. Training class cut short to get employees out on the phones sooner. Supervisors over scheduled people to the point that some employees didn't have seats or computers and were docked as being late because of it. Headsets didn't always work with phones. Systems went down often. Horrible horrible.

Good job for entry level customer service and easy to climb corperate ladder.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
