      job stability, room for growth that prettt much it

      Cons

      company is old and pretty broke. The culture is super old and nothing modern about them. They refuse to use new technology like Ai and still focus heavily on selling hardware rather than software

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
