Pros

Cons
Never recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair or professional work environment. My experience here was incredibly upsetting, primarily due to the overwhelming nepotism and favoritism. Your individual talent will be exploited, only for ownership to send the most unqualified individuals for training opportunities or handing out awards based on others merits. Only in a dysfunctional organization like this can an individual that barely got through high school, magically get a high level technical position working with SAP.
It’s clear that promotions and opportunities are often based on who you know in the family. If you’re not valued or are part of the “inner circle,” no amount of hard work or dedication will get you anywhere. Ownership, more often than not, prioritize other family members and close friends over skilled or qualified employees.
This favoritism extends beyond promotions—day-to-day decisions and resource allocation are heavily influenced by who has the ear of a Blackburn, leaving employees who actually do their jobs without recognition or support. It’s insulting to see that effort, experience, and competence don’t matter. The atmosphere feels more like a high school clique than a professional workspace.
Overall, steer clear of this company if you value fairness, honesty, transparency, and opportunities based on merit.
