Don't Come With Experience

Pros

They have a very responsive CEO and COO but good luck getting a chance to talk to them.

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism reign supreme here. If you have any kind of experience working in your position than you can expect to bang your head against the wall when you realize that none of the manager have any idea how to do their jobs on an enterprise level. The company is doing good but will be capped because of there refusal to remove old complacent managers from there positions for more qualified and experienced professionals. There is little to no structure at this company and also 0 growth, because if you weren't there from the beginning than don't expect to ever receive advancement. There are about 8 extended families that destroy the whole corporate structure due to nepotism.

Pros

None...absolutely none. This company is failing, and its because of the new employees like HR

Cons

Favoritism. Marketing department is a complete joke, a bunch of amateurs watching youtube. Be careful of the HR lady. She will be unethical, lie to you, and put you in a bad situation. Run the other way and don't ever look back. This has to be the worst company in Orlando to work for.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Maybe the gym which you have to pay for because they decided to open a fancy gym that hardly any non employees go to so they have to make up for the millions they spent on it by charging employees.

Cons

Nepotism is number 1! They hire family members or friends that aren’t qualified, then treat non-family members that are actually qualified like garbage. Ridiculous vacation and sick time. 30 minute lunch (even tho “paid”) is absurd. Open floor plan is distracting, but it’s a way for them to micro manage. You feel like you’re treated like a child. The family members are greedy and would rather fill their own pockets than give raises. Salaried employees aren’t technically salaried if you’re clocking in and out. Overall toxic environment, unless, again your a family member or close friend. Lastly, HR is not for the people. They are cold and unprofessional.
